Apodaca, Nuevo León – O’Donnell announces the construction of a new 133,904 SF (12,440 m2) speculative industrial building within La Silla Apodaca Industrial Park, at the Municipality of Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico; the building will be identified as O’Donnell Apodaca Spec III.  



La Silla Industrial Park is strategically located at the Municipality of Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, with direct access to the north loop (“Anillo Periferico”) and the airport highway. The Industrial Park is situated less than 4 KM from Monterrey International Airport and is a first-class company based location which includes corporate neighbors such as Martin Sprocket Gear, Nitto Denko, Mitsuba, Piolax, Prince, Whirlpool, Maysteel and Kinetek.
